Your Kidneys
Your kidneys are as important to your health as your heart and lungs.
Their main task is to act as sieves to get rid of the body’s waste products from the blood in your body. They filter the blood to make urine which allows the body to get rid of excess water, waste products and salt.

The cleaned blood is then returned to the body.

They help control blood pressure also.
