Now is the time to ask your Doctor about getting tested, so what should you ask your doctor?
Before you ask your doctor it may be an idea to:
Know as much as you can about your family’s medical history.
Know what conditions you may have
Take a note pad with to write down the answers you are given and ask more questions if you need to.
Bring someone else with you for support and to help you remember everything you need to ask and are told.

“Based on my medical & family history, am I at risk of developing Kidney disease?”
“Would lowering my blood pressure help reduce my risk of developing kidney disease?”
“Do my blood & urine tests show signs of kidney disease?”
“How can I prevent or control kidney disease?”
